Gerald McCoy is now under scrutiny for only dropping 23 reps on bench press. Suh put up 32 and everyone now has "red flags" up on Mccoy. Blah! Let him fall to number three, I dare you!
Speaking of number 3, the Bucs found a way to embarrass themselves off the field after the season is over. They asked Myron Rolle how he felt about deserting his team for Oxford. Radio Raheem responded after all the bad press today by saying basically, yo, we were just playin man, I would've done the same if it were my son. Then Raheem took a step back and chest bumped Myron.....yeah, come play for me!
NFL inviting 2nd rounders to Draft for prime time viewing. Yet another sign that the NFL is becoming too powerful and need to meet the players halfway. 1st and 2nd rounds have gone primetime on Thursday and Friday night. So they are inviting expected 2nd round picks to the draft for camera time on their dime. I say if these rookies are players players they should boycott the whole thing, embarass the NFL and then publicly denounce the lack of an agreement.
In a draft this deep with DT and OT I think nobody trades up this year. The top four will get what they need at their spots and the cheap owners at those spots need to open their pockets. Makes no sense does it? Year after year, it's the same teams there because they are too cheap to build a winner, yet they wind up spending the money anyway with their high draft picks. No wonder they want a rookie salary cap in the new contract. SMH!
